EXCELLENT 95 reviews Ariel EhrenbergApril 1, 2022. Even after one session with Rachel, I knew I made the right call with choosing her as a lactation consultant! We could not get baby to latch well in the hospital, so when we got home I knew I needed some help. Rachel is friendly, knowledgeable, caring. She helped us reach our goal of primarily nursing in just one visit. After our second visit, I’m feeling even more empowered and confident. I wish that everyone who had trouble breastfeeding had someone like Rachel in their corner cheering them on. I couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you thank you thank you! Luize ChelmanMarch 29, 2022. Rachel is amazing - she is very personable and have a calming effect on my baby. Her extensive experience with newborns just makes you feel confident. Besides being excellent lactation specialist, she was kind and offered answer to other concerns or questions we had. I am looking forward to reaching mine and my baby's goals to be able to breastfeed. Catharine DrettmannMarch 28, 2022. I would have quit breastfeeding after the first week home if it weren’t for Rachel! As a first time mom I needed all the help I could get and boy did she have a wealth of knowledge on breastfeeding and beyond! I am so thankful a friend referred her to me I would highly recommend her to anyone! Dara FischerMarch 25, 2022. Rachel is so wonderful! She is so attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had prior to and during our consultation. She cares so much and is there to help you and babe. She has already got me feeling more confident with breastfeeding and I know our next session will be even better and bring on more confident. She truly has so much passion for helping others and it shows! I highly recommend Rachel as an LC 💯 Kayla SchonfieldMarch 24, 2022. Rachel has been a great help for my 3 month old who has decided she no longer wants to take the bottle. I’m excited to try all her recommendations and get my sweetheart back on track! With my second child i truly wanted to breastfeed and was hoping to do so. Thank God, I contacted Rachel she is the best lactation nurse. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. With just a few tips changed my life for the better. I now have milk, I'm not engorged and she helped me position baby in ways that works for me (someone with large breast). I will absolutely recommend these services. If possible request for Rachel Da Silvia you won't regret it. Rebecca ZangrilliFebruary 26, 2022. I’m about a month late on this review… but such is newborn life. Rachel is an amazing person and lactation consultant! She is a plethora of knowledge, experience, and information. I know most people struggle with supply and latching but I had a huge oversupply and significant pain associated, I would say this was more difficult than birth! And unexpected! But she was not scared of my absolutely unhinged SOS email, she was empathetic, and sympathetic as she dealt with the same and worse herself! She taught me so so much in 1 session that I didn’t need any help after that. She is an extremely efficient teacher, loading me with so much unknown (to me) information in a short period. I’m so grateful I had her come to my house. I looked up other places but they all required you to go to a center and I really didn’t want to deal with that being less than 1 week postpartum at the time. All I can say is if you are struggling please please reach out to Rachel, she is worth every dollar! Chloe SchlemerFebruary 23, 2022. Rachel has been a huge help to our family. I was returning to work three months postpartum and my baby would not take a bottle. Rachel came to the rescue and helped us figure out some creative solutions. We had tried EVERYTHING and literally every bottle/pacifier on the market before we called Rachel. We followed her suggestions from her in house visits and here we are only a month later with a baby that takes the bottle!! I can’t believe it. She is such a kind, knowledgeable and positive person that really has a passion for what she does. You can tell she loves her job and helping families. She and her student, Faith, even went above and beyond and connected me with some resources to help me with my postpartum mental health when they didn’t need to. I’m very grateful to her and her student, Faith, who is also so sweet, kind and smart. They made me feel at ease when I was feeling nervous about breastfeeding in front of other people. She also helped with getting my visits covered by insurance. We are so grateful to her!Load more
