I was nervous to reach out to a Lactation Consultant as a first time mom, but Rachel made me feel comfortable even before our in-person visit at home. She was able to squeeze me in the day after I reached out, which was amazing because I was quickly losing confidence in myself and my breastfeeding journey. Happy customer5 days agoI had a great experience with Rachel Da Silva from Mommy Did You Know. She came to our house, which was so convenient with a new baby, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to look at both the baby and me, listen to what had been going on, and help me figure out different things we could try. She gave me a lot of helpful ideas and showed me some new breastfeeding positions that have made feeding so much more comfortable and easier for both of us. She also helped troubleshoot some of the issues I had been having and gave me different options to try at home. I really appreciated how much time she spent with us and how comfortable she made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone who could use some extra help with breastfeeding.Posted on Google

She arrived right on time for our follow-up visit and took the time to thoughtfully assess both me and my baby, which made everything feel very personalized and supportive. She got me on a schedule that actually feels realistic and doable, and helped me understand what to focus on without feeling overwhelmed. What I appreciate most is her kindness and depth of knowledge—she meets me exactly where I am and helps set expectations that feel both grounded and encouraging. She also went above and beyond by being available via text over the weekend to check in, understand where I was at, and help guide what our visits would focus on.
